Refunds

If a kit doesn't help, reply to your purchase receipt email within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. You don't need to explain why.

Payments, tax and file delivery are handled by our checkout provider, which acts as the seller of record and issues your receipt.

Privacy

This website doesn't use advertising cookies and doesn't ask for personal information. When you buy a kit or request the free cards, the checkout provider collects the details needed to process your order and send your files, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name and email address so we can deliver your files, answer support requests and, if you agreed, send occasional emails — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count page visits. To ask about or delete your data, reply to your purchase receipt email.

Terms and licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself and your household. You may print as many copies as you need for personal use. Please don't resell, share publicly, re-upload or redistribute the files.

First Move kits are educational organization tools. They are not medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice, they are not a treatment for ADHD or any condition, and they have not been clinically tested. Follow product labels, appliance manuals and official guidance, and seek qualified help where you need it.
