What you get

Twelve printable cards. Each one gives you the supplies, one physical first move, three short steps and a STOP line — so 'clean the kitchen' becomes 'open the bin lid', and finishing means finishing that card, not the room.

  • 12 cards: 7 kitchen, 5 for laundry, bathroom and living space
  • A 'choose one' start page for when even choosing is hard
  • Quick-help page: interrupted, no supplies, first move still too big
  • Fillable blank card to make your own
  • Compact Print Deck: two cut-out cards per sheet
Sound familiar?

When the kitchen feels too big.

  • You walk into the kitchen, see everything at once, and walk back out.
  • You know exactly what needs doing. Choosing where to start is where it stalls.
  • You start one thing, notice six more, and end more tired than you began.
  • Cleaning schedules want you to plan the week. You needed help with the next five minutes.

That's a finished card. You're allowed to stop here.

The worktop is covered.

Sam wants one clear spot for making toast. Sam chooses K4: one plate-sized spot, three ordinary items. The cup goes to the dish area, the wrapper to the bin, the receipt to one visible tray. Then Sam stops. Clearing is finished — wiping it for food prep is a separate card.

What it won't do

  • It won't clean the whole kitchen in one go — on purpose.
  • It isn't a chore chart, schedule or streak tracker.
  • It isn't for hazards: sharps, mould / mold, pests or serious spills.
  • It isn't therapy, diagnosis or treatment for ADHD.

Questions

Before you buy

Is it only for the kitchen?

Seven cards are for the kitchen; five cover laundry, the bathroom basin, a chair seat and a floor patch. The blank card lets you make your own for anything else.

Why only five items, or one spot?

Small, countable limits make the stopping point obvious. The numbers are adjustable choices, not rules — every card also has a SMALLER version.

What exactly do I get?

Instant PDF downloads. Each kit is a full guide (20-21 pages) plus a separate print pack. You'll get a download link on screen right after checkout and by email.

What if it doesn't help?

Email us within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you. No forms, no need to explain.

Do I need a printer?

No. Every kit works on screen, and the fill-in pages can be typed in PDF apps that save forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Printing is optional — the print packs are there if paper helps you.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. These are educational organization tools built on common strategies from ADHD guidance — small steps, visual cues, set places and asking for help. They aren't clinically tested and don't replace professional support.

Why are there no reviews?

This shop is new, and we won't invent reviews. Instead, every kit page shows you real pages from inside the PDF — look before you buy.
